The farmhouse, very accurately renovated in 2005, is located in a private, yet not isolated position of the Medieval village of Cetona.
We are 8 kms far from the Chiusi- Chianciano Terme A1 motorway exit, in the southern Siennese country, few kms away from Valdorcia, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Lake Trasimeno, Cortona and Orvieto.
The medieval town of Cetona and, therefore, the farmhouse in question are also close to the hotwater spas such as: San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo. The nearest railway station is Chiusi- Chainciano Terme which is only 6 kms far. Rome and Florence are 1 hour and a half drive away, Perugia 45 minutes and Assisi 1 hour, Sienna 90 kms, Arezzo 73 kms. Perugia and Florence airports are also very close.
The farmhouse has been recently completely restored (in 2005) according to tradition, so as to recall the original country style and life.
The house has windows and a terrace overviewing the surrounding tuscan hills and the landscapes of the nearby Umbria.
The entire surface of the farmhouse is distributed in 3 levels, as it follows:

-at the ground floor there is a large cozy dining room provided with en-suite kitchen. Near to it, there is a reading room that can be used also as an entertainment room for the guests and a bathroom.

-at the first floor, there are two rooms, each one of them provided with bathroom en-suite.

-The basement flat has two large comfortable rooms and it can be the ideal solution for a guesthouse.
The farmhouse includes also a cellar built in tuff, a treat for the passionate wine collectors.
The swimming pool
A 10x5 m pool and a well-maintained garden with a surface of 1650 square meters certainly enrich the charm of this bewitched location.
